In 2010 I began lifting weights with one thing in mind, competing in a bodybuilding competition. When I began, I mostly did whatever exercises I saw other people do or what I read in books or magazines. It wasn’t until late 2012 that I hired a personal trainer, and began working with Johnny. The progress that I’ve made since has been more in such a short period of time than I made during the two years prior. I finally competed at the 2013 West Coast Classic and placed third in the Lightweight Novice Division in late June.
