My biggest struggle was probably in my head, not believing that I could lift heavier weights or do more repetitions to become a more fit person. Before working with Johnny and other trainers I found a workout routine that I could do and stuck with it. With no variety, I got to a level of fitness but couldn’t progress.

He helped me to believe in myself to at least try to do more reps or higher weights so that I could continue to progress. 

Absolutely, you need the right attitude when doing any type of physical training. Not only did Johnny help me to succeed with this, I’m at a point where I want to go to the gym on M/W/F.

I can’t thank him enough, you have helped me tremendously and I do appreciate it.
