I used to struggle with lack of motivation and knowledge on how to effectively improve my physical fitness. I also had issues with chronic back and IT band pain. With proper stretching and exercise my back and IT band pain has resolved and my overall muscle strength is much better. I now really like going to the gym! I feel healthier and am more motivated to engage in regular exercise.

One of the things I appreciate about Johnny is his ongoing engagement in education in the fields of nutrition and physical fitness. He is always taking a new course and brings these new ideas to his clients. As someone who works in the medical field, I like that we don’t only work out during our sessions, but he can answer my questions about why we do exercises a particular way, how to avoid injuries, and how to meet specific goals.
