I didn’t really know that I had any struggles because I didn’t know what I needed to work on. By working with Johnny I found that I needed to increase my stamina and strength for my health.

My stamina has increased. Even though I can’t run very far, I can run further than I was able to run before. Running, rowing, cycling, wall balls and various other conditioning workouts have helped to increase my stamina. I have increased my strength tremendously. I wasn’t sure I could even pick up a barbell for one rep when I started. Now I deadlift 115 pounds for 6 reps! I now have more confidence in my abilities and am not afraid to go the next step. My balance has also gotten better.

Johnny has been confident and encouraging in what I can do and made me feel confident in what I can do.
