I am 66 years old and had never gone through a physical training program until I started training with Johnny Gillespie this past April. Johnny designed a specific training program to work on strengthening my overall physical conditioning, emphasizing my mobility, general stamina and, specifically range of motion and strength of my shoulders which require attention due to several surgeries. Johnny also designed a nutrition plan intended to supply me with the protein needed to build a stronger body.
As a Master Trainer, I have found Johnny to be knowledgeable in the physical training field. But equally as important is his evident concern with my progress. training under his supervision has increased my overall strength, improved my mobility, and has made me feel many years younger.
