I had regular low back pain since having my second child. I also had more body fat than lean muscle, and minimal strength. 

I have noticed decreased aches/pains in my body and have also consistently gained muscle and strength since beginning my training almost 3 years ago. 

Through strength training and nutrition my overall posture, low back pain, body composition, and self confidence has greatly improved. 

Johnny has been able to build an exercise program for my specific fitness goals. He is organized and has a great ability to look at the long-term goal and break it into smaller, manageable steps. He is attentive, and makes necessary adjustments to my training based on the feedback I give him.
